Έχασε 140 κιλά και αφαίρεσε… 7 κιλά δέρμα – Η απίστευτη αλλαγή (pics+vid)

Μια από τις «παρενέργειες» που πρέπει να αντιμετωπίσει κανείς όταν χάνει πολλά κιλά είναι το χαλαρό δέρμα.

Το ίδιο συνέβη και στην 28χρονη Lexi Reed, από την Iντιάνα των ΗΠΑ, η οποία κατάφερε να χάσει 141 κιλά.

Πώς τα κατάφερε

Η Lexi τα κατάφερε χωρίς  κάποια αυστηρή δίαιτα. Απλά σταμάτησε να καταναλώνει πολλές θερμίδες και  λιπαρά.

Άρχισε να μαγειρεύει μόνη της τα γεύματά της και να πηγαίνει γυμναστήριο 5 με 6 φορές την εβδομάδα.

Το κίνητρο

«Δεν ακολούθησα κάποιο συγκεκριμένο διατροφικό πλάνο, δεν έκανα κάποια εγχείρηση, δεν είχα τη βοήθεια personal trainer», λέει η ίδια.

«Αλλά είχα τη στήριξη του συζύγου και ένα δυνατό κίνητρο για το οποίο έπρεπε να προσπαθούμε σκληρά κάθε μέρα. Να χάσω κιλά για να αποκτήσω κάποια στιγμή ένα μωρό» σημειώνει.

Η 28χρονη, λοιπόν, κατάφερε να χάσει 141 κιλά, αλλά το δέρμα της χαλάρωσε σε μεγάλο βαθμό λόγω της μεγάλης απώλειας κιλών.

Η 28χρονη υποβλήθηκε σε χειρουργείο για να της αφαιρέσουν… 7 κιλά περιττό δέρμα.

As hard as it is for me to post photos of myself like this on the internet knowing how many are watching, I know that it will be gone in just a few days and I dont want to hide the reality of massive weight loss. This is my Halloween costume. I have loose skin over my entire body and it hurts. I have been in pain for months but nobody knows the reality of the pain loose skin can cause but the vanity of plastic surgery. My legs are heavy and my neck is tired from carrying this around. Incisions, bruising & swell hell! We are one week post op since my surgery with @drjosephmichaels. This was one of the scariest things not to mention decisions I have ever made in my life. Swelling is getting better daily but theres no words for not living my life in long term pain. #Repost @discoveringdanny (@get_repost) ・・・ 1 WEEK AGO MY BEAUTIFUL WIFE @fatgirlfedup GOT HER SURGERY! I remember pacing the hospital for hours and the minutes feeling like days as I waited in the waiting room, but now I can see it was all worth it. To not see her in pain crying as I massage her daily and the fact that she finally feels relief on her body makes this all worth it. I am so happy for her and love her no matter what size she is, but I just want her to be healthy and happy! I know how long she suffered in silence and how bad she wanted answers while being terrified there was something wrong with her body due to the pain.
