Τραγωδία σημειώθηκε στο Καζακστάν όταν πολυκατοικία κατέρρευσε «λιώνοντας» εννέα ανθρώπους. Προς το παρόν, ανασύρθηκαν εννέα πτώματα όπως μεταδίδει το κινεζικό πρακτορείο ειδήσεων Xinhua.
